I acknowledge that the information I learn on this site does NOT provide me with adequate knowledge or ability to, nor does it authorize me to, diagnose or treat any patients with any conditions. I acknowledge that the courses on this site are informational only and are intended to prepare students to be better prepared when they take an EMT course in the future.
I acknowledge that information and acceptable treatment guidelines change from time to time in medicine and treatments and guidelines in one area of the country that are deemed appropriate may be considered inappropriate in other places or countries. I understand that I am not receiving formal training or authorization to assess or treat any patients. I understand that any time diagnoses or treatments are described they are only intended to explain what a certified Emergency Medical Technician might do under certain circumstances, that the actual treatment guidelines can vary significantly from one EMS system to another and from one county, state, or country to another, and I also recognize that the treatments described are only partial in nature and should not be attempted by me or others without the full training I would receive in an approved EMT course.
I fully understand and accept the preceding terms and as such, I agree to hold EMT Education And Training, it's affiliates, it's officers and employees harmless for any harm or damage I may cause by attempting to do any of the procedures discussed in these programs.
By enrolling in any course on this site I acknowledge that the information I learn and the materials I am presented with are intellectual products in nature. Once payment is received, access to the materials or "products" are immediate and as such, once I enroll and pay for any course on this site I understand and agree that no refund, either in part or in full will be provided under any circumstances.
I further acknowledge that by enrolling in any course on this site my payment covers only one user and I agree not to share my login information nor any of the course materials I receive by enrolling in this program with any other person or entity, nor will I allow my account to be used by any other person or entity without prior specific written permission from Mike Wilson with EMT Education And Training on signed and dated EMT Education And Training Letterhead or in an official email from Mike Wilson with EMT Education And Training.
I agree that by enrolling in this course I will not make any copies nor distribute in any way, any of the presentations or course materials. I agree not to make any of these materials available to the public nor will I allow the materials or presentations to be made available or viewed in a public setting, be it a school, a group setting, or otherwise, without prior written permission from Mike Wilson with EMT Education And Training.
Enrollees that fail to adhere to the terms of this agreement will lose access to this site.
